Monday– fibre cereal, tripe, vegan creamy broccoli soup*, spicy lentil soup, salad, apple, nuts. 20 mins spin & 20 mins weights. DONE

Tuesday– travelling for work, who the hell knows…..

Wednesday– Holy Crap, vegan creamy broccoli soup, protein chips, raw veg & hummus, roasted duck, roasted squash soup & salad, sugar free fruit compote w/ dollop of soy yogurt & 2 pces DARK choco, 20 mins spin, 20 mins weights, 40 mins walking.

Thursday– fibre cereal, vegan creamy broccoli soup, protein chips, raw veg & hummus, roasted duck, roasted squash soup & salad, sugar free fruit compote w/ dollop of soy yogurt & 2 pces DARK choco, 20 mins spin, 40-60 mins walking.

Friday– Holy Crap, vegan creamy broccoli soup, protein chips, raw veg & hummus, roasted duck, roasted squash soup & salad, sugar free fruit compote w/ dollop of soy yogurt & 2 pces DARK choco, 20 mins spin, 20 mins weights, 40 mins walking.

Saturday– scrambled eggs w/ avocado & soy cheese, split pea soup, luna bar, raw veg & hummus, dinner for Syl. 20 mins spin, 40-60 mins walking. (start putting cow tongue in salt bring for prep Sunday).

    • I haven’t had cow tongue since I was a kid so I was thinking it might be fun. My vegan DH is not as excited about having to smell it!

      I thought you guys has Holy crap in the states? Lol, finally Canada is ahead on 1 breakfast cereal trend! it’s a mix of chia, buck wheat groats and hemp hearts w/ dried fruit and spices. The name leaves a lot to be desired πŸ™‚
